4. Payments & Refunds

4.2 Refund Policy

We offer the following refund conditions:

• Free Trial: No payment required
• Regular Classes: Refunds for unused classes may be provided under specific circumstances
• Technical Issues: Compensation for classes missed due to our technical failures
• Teacher Unavailability: Make-up classes or refunds for teacher cancellations

4.3 Cancellation Policy

Classes must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be charged.

5. Class Policies

5.1 Scheduling

• Regular attendance is expected for optimal progress

6. Student Conduct

All students and users must maintain appropriate conduct including:

• No sharing of class materials without permission
• No recording of classes without authorization

We reserve the right to terminate services for inappropriate conduct without refund.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding three months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become due immediately
• Access to services and materials will be revoked
• Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy
• Student records will be maintained as required by law

10. Changes to Terms

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
